
I think there's a case for web creatives to organise and create some form of legal/union/copyright entity to stop this as it's on the increase (Beau D'Jour has he same problem)- by forming a group it offers a good defence against any corporate rip off - which can be intimidating to the individual

I think this is a good idea like the paparazzi collective were people get paid for photos, I've suggested before that B3ta be an ad agency and therefore protecting all images posted. By being just a forum people aren't scared to steal and print the work if it was a legit entity they might be..
