Thinking about it,They could probably be done for libel too considering the fact that they're claiming peoples images are 'spam' which could probably be deemed to be defamatory. Also spam is unsolicited commercial email, and they're asking people to send this stuff in, which is solicitation, and I can't see how any of the images they have pinched could be considered to be commercial...
