Feel free to reply here in this thread with answers all those who have had images printed by ZOO/NUTS/Sport, even better if you know the image(maybe repost it here/link back)/issue no./title etc. - AND if they were still tagged etc..
Just out of curiosity, and would be nice for a 'on board' record, as this issue has been clogging up various board posts for a while now, be nice to get it all in one place.
My current tally, for starters, is:
ZOO = 10 images (known)
NUTS = 10 images (known)
Daily Sport = 17 images(known)

To be honest I have no idea. I've bought 5 zoo and 4 nuts over 6 weeks and 3 out of 5 zoo have had my stuff. So I can have no idea how long my stuff's been nicked for.
One with a tag though.

They could probably be done for libel too considering the fact that they're claiming peoples images are 'spam' which could probably be deemed to be defamatory. Also spam is unsolicited commercial email, and they're asking people to send this stuff in, which is solicitation, and I can't see how any of the images they have pinched could be considered to be commercial...

What you have to realise is what infringements he made himself in making the image.
But at the end of the day, he has more rights to the image that Zoo/EMAP.

of 'fair use' providing the image is being used for the purposes of parody. Hence the existence of Private Eye magazine. If they had any of their images nicked by Zoo, I imagine they'd get quite litigious quite quickly...
