
Run... - pbrush.exe
2:File - Open... [locate your picture now]
3:Image - Stretch/Skew
4:put in 30 in each of the nice boxes for horizontal and vertical
5:File - Save As... [put _small between the name and .jpg so you don't overwrite your nice picture]
6:upload the [picture]_small.jpg instead of the big one
7:have a biscuit
if OS=!Windows then use Gimp, and have 2 biscuits instead
