or.....go to your local chippie, or chinese etc. Normally they have loads and loads of flyers etc on the counter (they do in Swansea anyroads). Grab a handfull, then with her mail post it back through her letterbox tonight. If she does the same tomorrow, then repeat until she's literally receiving a bag full by the end of the week.
