# I used those nicotine patches a few months ago
It was very painless and I haven't smoked since

# they make my skin burn
for about an hour after sticking them on
then it just itches like mad for the rest of the day

you can get a nice head rush though if you continue to smoke as well.....

# I tried them years ago and it did that
Nothing this time though, either they've sorted it out or middle age has deaden my skin

# tried them
sent me slightly (more) do-lally for a bit.
then i tried moving on to roll-ups, with them being a bit of a hassle to make.
now i can roll up one handed while driving. this may be a new skill that i've learned, but its fuck all use in my quest to stop smoking.

no will power, thats the problem.

# don't worry
the long spell in hospital you'll get from crashing
your car mid roll will help ween you off them :)

# unlikely.
i've almost finished my smoking helmet.

exhaust and intake pipes, and a fan to circulate the air. based on a goldfish bowl.

come july 1st, i shall still be smoking in the office!

possibly.

# This was the first time I honestly wanted to give up
I'd just become bored with being a smoker and all the hassles
