But i've managed to lock Photoshop in full screen mode, and can't get back! Anyone know how I return it to normal, I desperately don't want to loose my unsaved work, i've just spent all morning on for the society!!

I think it's F11 or F12 to return from that awful full screen minimal mode ( if I read you correctly )
