Every bloody day.I have many stories, including my GF, late one night and on her own, wanting to get change for the 'phone as her mobile was dead. They refused, told her to find a shop, when outside was surrounded by a gang of yoofs.
She was terribly polite, reasonable, and pleaded with them, they still refused. She eventually asked, "You're actually enjoying this, aren't you?" and he replied "Yes."
They are all scum. Absolute scum.
