It depends what you are planiing to dowith them. Unless you want to host and serve large files you may as well get a blog page, tart it up and host your images at cr3's place ( the b3ta hosting site, not just for b3ta )

then why look any further than your ISP?I'm sure they provide enough space for hosting pages. just use outside file dumps for your pics and files.
