Bangers and mash...but when its done put the mash in a long baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Grate cheese over it, then cook in the oven until the cheese is golden brown, the roll it up like a swiss roll and slice. Add the bangers and pour thick onion gravy over the whole thing.
