those are among the reasons I don't work for myself.
One of the others being that I haven't the financial backing to create a fully equipped forensic science lab and peer-checking my own work might be considered a bit suspect.

That was roughly my thinking,
but then I had a bout of what-the-fuck-ness and risked it. Result: far less money, no company car, 3000% more job satisfaction
