Their's I kept getting complaints and the last online review I got said'Place is really lacking in the cleanliness department'.
It got us a rating of 53%, the lowest I've ever had.
I cost us the to 20 spot for London backpackers too!
She just wasn't doing the job. Our last cleaner had been doing it for about 10 months and was brilliant. Sadly she moved back to Italy though.
