Personally I'd lose the tail-flame and have a nice outer glow, 50% transparency, and fade off the edges of the photos so they dont cut in the top text.

He's said he will fade off the photos, easy done, and hes probably going to sketch a flame for the tail as that was a google cut n paste for a tester idea.
