perhaps someone just took off the president suit he was wearing and put on that outfit.it would be easier to do with a mannequin than with bill clinton himself.

in front of this café casino where i believe a slot machine is working at the counter.because casinos have outside counters for people who want to gamble and get maybe a coffee as they're just WALKING DOWN THE STREET.

and as stated by the signs outside, this particular casino peddles potatoes, burgers, and watches.and below it, although the mannequin's arm is obscuring some of the lettering, i believe it says "Eat now to prevent hunger later in life."
