
I have my methods Sir!
It only took about an hour of actual drawing (save for a few added bits at the start of each new GIF), once the basic stick figure parts are done, there is very little extra drawing at all, just animation, one GIF at a time, using the same stickman over and over (tho he does different stuff).
The fiddliest bit is adjusting the timings at the end, as they each have completely different frame counts.
