I think the first one is fine as long as you cut out the 'Yippee's and make Mauls ending a little less out of line with the rest of the fightJar Jar is no more annoying and kid orientated than R2 and 3PO in Ep4, Yoda in Ep5 and the Ewok in Ep6.
