Have you tried any animations?I make the frames in Paint whack 'em in Unfreez (doesn't need installing and only 19Kb) and optimise in Trout's Gif optimiser!

Excellent!you can only set one speed for all frames so if you want a longer frame you have to drag in into the window more times. If you need multiple frames at the beginning or end you need to change a couple of pixels and save them separately or the optimisation will remove them (This doesn't happen for frames in the middle)
