Making the guy look like a twat is fair game though, unless it's libellous (which is really a stretch).
But the point is - the compo is practically over, the point is made, what's now to be gained by potentially having to spend money defending even the most frivolous of legal actions? We've had our fun, the guy's made himself look even more of a twat that he already did, and we're in the clear! Houpla!

I thought it was to challenge his ludicrous abuse of his fictious rights. Not just make a little more work for the drones looking for this stuff and then giving up when the inevitable nasty-gram came.
I'd say let the website go down, everything comes to an end and I think it'd be a fine place to let B3ta go down if that's how it went.
I know the owners are getting older and part of that is probably knowing when to bend your head, but really it's just a website for funny pictures. It's not a fucking car or something.
