Thats pretty much the ideaBut force them to make it using flash so it can fade and reflect, so its all shiney like its fallen out of a womens vagina :)

Either flash,or make all the text content images of text so you can't resize it or read it, and web robots can't index it, and it uses up all your broadband and makes your tea go cold and overly milky.
