Ah, he hasn't done it in yearsbut he used to swim, play rugby and do tae kwon do, so he's got a swimmer's back, rugby players legs and if he kicks you, it'll be in the face and you'll be knocked out.
Having said all of this he's a big pacifist and the most pain you'll ever get from him is being behind him at a gig when he's headbanging. Metre long dreads.
