I'd try anything... including (but not limited to):- ostrich, alligator, kangaroo, crocodile, springbok, venison, wild boar, snake, pheasant, woodcock, pigeon, and loads of other game birds.

I found pigeon to be rubbish

but I've only had it once and it was over cooked.

Mint sauce is a waste of good lamb, yes.

a leg of lamb roasted with garlic and rosemary is fantastic.
