Any IE security settings that could be blocking something? (Try putting vodapp.grid.channel4.com/ into trusted sites (if you trust them), clear temp internet files and restart)
DRM upgrade at drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp(In IE only unfortunately)
