I'm royally annoyed at the interwebs.
A selection of websites do not work, nor does World of Warcraft. Calls to local chums suggest problem is with my end. I immediately suspect AOL (who have, to be fair, been ok to me so far - cheap, unlimited access, don't have to use their gay-ass software, gave me a free router when I got a flatmate etc).
25 mins waiting for online help, I get connected, explain issue, offer to show tracert results. They reply "Phone tech support, here's the number." and disconnect from the chat.
Annoyed, I phone tech support. 35 minutes on the line. "Hello?" I explain the problem. "Hmm, try using online help." and they HANG UP!
wankers.
