AOL broadband...problem last night so...
1) 25 minute wait for 'online help'. Explained issue. They told me to call tech support and disconnected me.
2) 35 minute wait for phone tech support - they told me to try online and hung up.
3) swearing
4) 35 minute wait for phone tech support - incredubly nice, knowledgeable bloke listens to my entire explanation (not just the keywords) and surmises the problem is with settings on router, talks me through altering them, waits while I test it and wishes me a good day.
Summary: AOL is a cunt, but some of the people who work there apparently aren't.
