# Cockney Ryhming Slang
<rant>
It seems to me that most people here don't actually
understand what cockney ryhming slang is. It's not
about getting two seemingly unrelated things to ryhme
with each other.

Take two things that are commonly associated
with each other (ie, apples and pears or
plates of meat and then ryhme the 2nd part with
something (ie, pears = stairs or meat = feet
and then you can use 1st part of the association to refer
to the ryhming part.

So, you say 'Blimey those apples were long,
my plates are killing me.</rant>

If you have watched Lock Stock, they have quite a
few good ones in there
ping => ping pong => strong
tiddley => tiddley wink => drink

And for those that didn't know
berk => berkshire hunt => ...
