Logic gives me the horn but I need to get a decent soundcard and some monitors first.Any recommendations for a soundcard? I'll need to try the monitors out for myself.

You can pick up a pretty cheap second hand M Box these daysWill let you use Pro Tools LE as well.

Last question then. I looked at them a while ago but they run on firewire don't they?I'm still on W2K on this box and I'm not sure it'll do it properly. I'll have a look. Thanks.

They can be either firewire or USB.It's pretty much down to the cabling.
