To be fair, anyone could do them, I guess.I just use a bog standard pen-tool, create a layer over the image ans roughly sketch out dimensions. Then a layer over that for the actual drawing. Move the bottom layer to a separate image window, so now I have the original picture next to the sketch. Then I spend a ridiculous amount of time drawing, and deleting, drawing and deleting lines.
As for software: PSP:PX2, and hardware wise, a Wacom A4.
