Zbrush is usefulif you are good with tablet type drawing or painting, it's basically sculpting in a program.
At the same time it's quite difficult making a lot of shapes in the program and you really need to model stuff in another program, then you can jazz it up a bit in Zbrush.
It's great for stuff like ornaments though, anything lathey.
