because there wasa program on the telly about Siberia. There was a priest called Father Oleg. He had a collection box 'for the victims of sects and drugs' written on it in Russian. Because the pun didn't work in Russian and only in English I found it quite amusing. I chose his name for the name of a a band I was in at the time that didn't play songs. Not surprisingly it didn't do very well and I kept the name for internet purposes.
