Just got the collected comic book 'Target 2006'.Just after he's created, Galvatron travels back in time to the 80s to hide a weapon on earth to destroy Unicron.
I never realised that there were loads of extra Transformers comic stories written in the UK because we had a weekly comic, whereas the American one was monthly. They were some of the best. Need to get 'Fallen Angel' for more of the same.

Pisses me off these remakes always want to tackle the 'origin' stories.The original movie had a great theme with a super baddie, for a story that was going to be bigger than the TV series. The live-action one tried to cram in the new origins and a conspiracy plot and just wasted its running time.
