Maybe if things get boring I'll spice it up, but right now I just really like being surprised.
Also, the tent was a lot more enjoyable than the shitrags.
There were three police officers in that van, and they were all there three hours later when I went out again. THAT'S SOME GOOD POLICING FELLAS.

we have an odd neighbourhood thing going on - there's a huge wide bit of pavement beside a corner store that really isn't for parking or much of anything, but it has a couple of disused planters standing on it. someone's been putting food for homeless people there for at least a year, and a few of us in the 'hood have been wondering about it.
i guess if i were homeless i'd eat it, but i've seen bags of ground coffee there and jars of mustard. i was thinking of eating some of the stuff to see if it's poisoned or something and starting a dangerfood blog. i did get some coffee from a sidewalk box a while ago, but it was sealed so i felt safe.
*note: in my neighbourhood people commonly put boxes out on the sidewalk for others to rummage through. it's usually books and the like, though, not food*
