yes indeed.the girl I was seeing was depressive through her teens due to poor self-esteem which she apparently attributed to being flat-chested. Her daddy (Sheriff-Court Judge) got her boobs for her 18th birthday. It seemed to help her a little, but she was still a nutbox.
