there was someone i knew who fell foul of blank pages without the 'this is intentionally blank' message in his maths gcse, and he didn't realize until 10 minutes before the end when he glanced across and saw someone turning a page he didn't have.
so the 'intentionally blank' messages have no purpose at all, realy.
