Apparentlyif you throw a small dog on a kids bouncy castle that kids are using, not only does the small dog lose it's footing, but will also lose control of it's bowels in fear.
Imagine the mess.
I should stress however that I know of noone who has done this, nor do I recommend or endorse such cruelty, no matter how funny the idea of sabotaging a party in such a manner. OK?
