i bought an iOmega 200gb drive about 2 years agoIt had to be sent back twice within a few weeks as all of a sudden my pc wouldn't see it. They idiots 'fixed' it and the same thing happened. I've not had any problems since but now I don't trust it.
You buy an external drive for backups/security so don't go for cheap rip-offs because your drive borking is nothing compared to losing your data.
