some kind of digital slr that lets me do fun things automated with the lenses and whatnotif I get really desparate I can bug my sister for what to get as she's a photographer
plus want to do some 'misc' things with remotely controlled cameras on various radio controlled things, that's something I'll hopefully be seeing to in the near future

I got an SLR for my birthday this year.I had a Coolpix, which was shit, but I got a Canon Rebel XT. I highly recommend it. It's light, and compact, and takes amazing photos.

did play with a nice expensive canon thingand pointed it into darkness and "wow! it's like daylight" was canny good
