I toyed with HDR before it got a mention in the newsletter, but that sort of kicked me up the arse to check in to it further. Photomatix is a good little toy, but you can do them in Photoshop

I've got CS3but am just merging 3 differently exposed pictures with the in built tools, I'll see if I can dig up the tutorial I used the first time round
