I am not defending what they dobut your accusation could apply to most countries allocating vast sums of money to "defence".

I don't actually mind what they do with their ownGDP. I just have a bee in my bonnet about international aid and the fact that some countries treat it in the same manner as chavs here on the dole. It's the 'why work?' syndrome. Take the easy money. You'd think I'd be more tolerant of charity being as her indoors is heavily involved. Still. You know me ;)
