i used to decorate hats for funi had a cream ladie's cloche with a black tassel fringe and a huge black wool plait coming out of the top. i also had a beret with a plastic flowerpot(containing plastic flowers) stuck to the top of it.

i was very stonedi would spend about £1.50 on a hat and some oddments from the local charity shop, then glue one to t'other.
