That's really far too small. What's the DPI?

i've put it up to abou 380 wide and 600 tall then sharpened i and i think it works

Resolution? Because that's still really far too small to look good, in my opinion.

Last time I printed any shirts I sent off a 600DPI 3000x3000px image.
