you don't need tips on blending and colour matching on this picas it looks great, so have a woo for that.
in general though, for colourmatching, i find desaturating the pasted element before colourising it with the ol' RGB sliders works for me.
blending is something that comes with practice. use erasers and clone brushes - low opacity is the key.
