But I'm fairly sure I had an almost identical thing about 4 years ago, I think it comes from trying to release about a weeks worth of food in one go, and I just got prescribed a fibre drink.

There was literally a Hidenburg sized occurance, and that's saying alot seeing as my stools are always fairly large, but it was using a process I don't like using for various various reasons.
