They 'lost' 10 CS licenses so our CS2 upgrades were worthless;
They told me my PC was taking 10 minutes to open a folder because my mp3 was plugged in;
And they have no idea what VPN is.

That really does suck, I cannot believe people can have IT jobs with comments like that.
But then again customers can be just as bad, Had a women once who would call everyday as she was sure Aliens were taking her PC over via the Card Reader.
