haven't looked through it that thoroughlybut IMO save the graphics such as the hand on the intro as PNGs using Fireworks, with a transparent background. You can then use drop shadow/inner bevel etc to give it a more 3d effect and make it look more realistic and life like. Then import them into Flash. It should work out lower file size this way as well.
