how about this, sorry can't be more helpfulIf you are using the 'free' version of Zone Alarm, you will need to change the Internet Zone Security slider to Medium while you are using EchoLink. Other versions of Zone Alarm (such as Zone Alarm Plus and Zone Alarm Pro) let you set more specific rules while leaving the security level at High, which is preferred.
