Which reminds me of an Italian cheese that they hang for 3 years, it literally makes your gums bleed. My brother who claims to be a chilli and spice master couldn't handle it.

Tasty fucking cheese though.

Really really aged cheese is completely different to spicy stuff though, it gets to taste buds behind the eyes you never knew you had.
