Unpasturised cheese isn't illegal....Which reminds me of an Italian cheese that they hang for 3 years, it literally makes your gums bleed. My brother who claims to be a chilli and spice master couldn't handle it.

It's a close comparison to be honest.Really really aged cheese is completely different to spicy stuff though, it gets to taste buds behind the eyes you never knew you had.
