
My suggestion is to find a youtube downloader, download the flv, convert it and import the video as frames into whatever you're using to animate, and cut it down to the bit you want.
Add the 'woo' and 'yay' wherever, optimise and save as a .gif
Try to keep it under 250k, 200 if possible.
