I've got a 12 and 6 string that I'm sure we can put to good use at the barbie.

at your venue they can work out the bloody financial advantage.
Also, we will complain about their lack of entertainment licence which will cost them far more dearly in the long run.
I am a freelance journalist (well, I used to be) so we don't want to have to complain about having the entertainment facilities curtailed.
sock it to 'em, tin-tin
EDIT and I look forwards to seeing the world's first 18-string player at teh barbie :-)

I worked with him about 8 years ago and he played a 42 string live:P Plus he used the body for full percussion:P
EDIT: Sorry my mistake. I did the maths and it was 50 string; it comprised of a 6 string, a 12 string and a Greek uze. Yes he did play them togeather:P
I would let you play with my baby but it was stolen a while back (Martin 00016GTE)

As it's not commercial music and thus you don't need any royalty public playing based licence.
