# Corel quoted me the best part of
£3k when I enquired ( they are a Wacom reseller ) but I have seen them on ebay for a disturbing £1700/1800 and that's disturbing. I'm going to have one, I just have to convince the wife.

How can you not need one of these after seeing that?

# well you can always try
"would you believe it dear it only cost £300"

of course, she'll know you're lying and no doubt maim you :D

# she thinks that the £300
I already spent on a silly "drawing pad" was a colossal waste of cash. I'll never run it by her.

# hehe
so you are going to buy the £3k one anyway and await the inevitable maiming? :D

# Yep. There is no way I can
not have a cintiq now. I might try and settle for a 12 WX but seriously? I can see me having a 21UX by the end of the year.

# I'm going to start a new
masterpiece now and I promise I'll get you that desktop soonish.
(, Sat 24 May 2008, 23:27, archived)
# a desktop
actually, that gives me an idea for tate quality art

a desk with an axe in it

with a smashed radio next to it

it's so obvious it explains itself (into being worth £50,000) :D
