i'm allowed very little of that either now :(
so i respond by doing things like slipping 1/3 of block of butter in the mash'd taters.

mind I should cut the processed food down to 0
everything's sprayed with crap these days (hah, you'd think it'd work but that's another issue) but at least eating crap home mixed ingredients is better than eating extremely crap industrially mixed ingredients, salt, lard, more salt and sulphur based preservatives

i'm impressed how far my cooking has come on this year tbh
just before christmas i was eating so badly my skin flared up for the first time in my life. it was horrible :( now i'm finally putting on weight :)
